Biophysical Methods for Protein Interactions Workshop, 2024 Warsaw, Poland
23 September @ 08:00 - 27 September @ 17:00
September 23-27, 2024
organized at the International Institute of Molecular and Cell Biology in Warsaw, and Division of Biophysics, University of Warsaw, Poland.
The workshop will cover experimental introductions, methodological lectures, computer data analysis exercises and one-on-one data analysis sessions on a range of biophysical methods, including Sedimentation Velocity (SV) and Sedimentation Equilibrium(SE) Analytical Ultracentrifugation (AUC), Isothermal Titration Calorimetry (ITC), Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS), Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR), Mass Photometry (MP) etc.
We’ll discuss analysis of multi-protein complexes, protein/nucleic acid interactions, trace aggregates, among other systems, and will have an opportunity to the discuss recent developments in advanced biophysical techniques.
Workshop participants will also have a unique opportunity to share their problems in data analysis with the authors of popular biophysical data analysis programs (SEDFIT, SEDPHAT, ITCsy, GUSSI, NITPIC, REDATE).
